Buying Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every one of our products. We have introduced an easy return and refund policy for your convenience.

Buying Policy:

At Soft Style, we aim to ensure the highest satisfaction for our customers. We have established a clear buying and exchange policy to guide you through your purchase and any necessary post-purchase adjustments. Please follow the instructions below for a seamless experience.

Please read the following return and exchange policy:
  1. If you receive a product that does not match your order (e.g., incorrect size), you must inform us within 6 hours of receipt. We strongly recommend checking the product in the presence of the delivery person; complaints made after the delivery agent has left may not be accepted.
  2. If any issues are discovered later, please inform us within 24 hours. We will facilitate an exchange, subject to stock availability and our standard verification procedures. A processing or delivery charge may apply.
Conditions for Exchange:
  1. The product must be in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition.
  2. All original tags and labels must remain attached and intact. Damaging or removing security tags will void the exchange eligibility.
  3. Any complaints or exchange requests must be filed within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  4. The customer is responsible for exchange shipping fees. Standard rates: 70 Taka (Dhaka City), 100 Taka (Chittagong/Specific sub-areas), and 150 Taka (Outside Dhaka).
  5. If Soft Style delivers a defective product or the wrong size, we will facilitate the exchange at our own discretion and expense. Proof of the defect must be provided within 48 hours of receipt.

Please note that while we strive for perfection, some issues may arise during the shipping process which are beyond our immediate control. However, we promise to address any genuine defects or errors on our part promptly.

Note: We do not offer cash refunds for products sold. You may choose to exchange the item for another product of equal value, subject to delivery and exchange charges.
