Return & Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions

We want you to be satisfied with every one of our products. We have introduced an easy return and refund policy for your convenience.

Return and Exchange Policy:

We always aim to achieve the ultimate satisfaction of our customers. Following this, we have established a return and exchange policy designed to provide a smooth experience for our valued customers. Please read the instructions below carefully.

General Exchange Policy:
  1. If there is any discrepancy in your order (e.g., the size received does not match the size ordered), you must inform us within 6 hours of receiving the product.
  2. We strongly encourage you to check the product in front of the delivery man. Complaints regarding defects or issues made after the delivery man has left may not be accepted.
  3. If you discover a problem after delivery, please inform us within 24 hours. We will facilitate an exchange subject to stock availability and following our verification procedures. A processing charge may apply.
Conditions for Exchange:
  1. The product must be in its original condition, exactly as it was received.
  2. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact. Do not remove or damage any security tags or stickers.
  3. Complaints must be filed within 24 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for consideration.
  4. The customer is responsible for the exchange shipping charges. Current rates: 70 Taka for Dhaka City, 100 Taka for Chittagong, and 150 Taka for areas outside Dhaka.
  5. In cases where an exchange is approved due to our error (wrong size or defective product supplied by Soft Style), we will handle the exchange at our own expense. We must be informed with evidence within 48 hours of receipt.
Important Policies to Note:
Returns/Refunds are not possible in the following cases:
